For returns please contact us within 14 days of your purchase and we will resolve any issues as soon as possible, or email us directly: degiorgisbaby@gmail.com All items must be unworn or unused and in the original packaging we sent it in. We advise any returns are sent via Royal Mail tracked so you can ensure it is sent to us safely. If you send it back and it's not tracked, we will not be liable for the product being lost in transit. When we recieve the product we will inspect if for aproval. Once aproved you will recieve an email from us confirming your refund and your refund will be processed in 5-7 working days. All returns will be refunded to the original method of payment.

You can put up to £500.00 on a gift card.

The gift card recipient will recieve their gift card via email. When you purchase a gift card you will enter the recipient's details, set when you want the card delivered. After completing checkout, you will receive an email confirmation about the purchase. The gift card recipient then gets an email with the subject line "You just got a gift card from (Sender's Name)". Their unique gift card code appears in the email.

Yes. Gift cards expires 12 months after purchase.

To redeem the card, add your products to the bag and go to the checkout. Once you get to the payment sectrion, select the Redeem a gift card option and enter your unique gift card code. If the price of the sale is worth more than the value of the card, you can pay for the remaining cost using our regular payment methods.

Nope! There is no need all to pay extra as our orders are gift wrapped with tissue paper and tied with a bow. They are sent in white cardboard boxes too - no plastic bags here! Whether you are buying for yourself or as a gift we want whoever is opening the order to feel special! All packaging is recylable or reusable. Even our brand stickers are made from recycled materials!

Yes. Leave us a note at the checkout and we will ensure the invoice is not sent with the order. You will still recieve a reciept in your emails.

Yes, we often send orders with lovely messages from their sender. Leave the message you want to send at the checkout and we will leave a handwritten note in the order.

If you click on the out of stock product you will see a button that reads "Notify When Available", select the size and click the button. You will then recieve an email when the product is back in stock. Please note our products are very exclusive as we do not mass produce them and it is sometimes a case of once it is gone, it is gone. Alternatively you can drop us a message and we will try to resolve this - even if this means making the product especially for you.
